My husband was hurting so bad... he couldn't sleep. Many problems... and we can't tell the full effects of relief from pain but, he quit snoring the first night... on occasion he'll snore a little here and there but nothing like it was... we know he's sleeping better. It was a little weird sleeping directly on the matt but he seems to be used to it now. We've had it for a 2.5weeks.

It should be a crime not to own this!!!! Unbelievable results!! The quality of your overall wellbeing and how you feel physically drastically improves as a result of using this grounding mat.
